Fully Welded & Safe
The Monoball KHO-U is available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 25 to DN 250 and is supplied uninsulated. The permanently elastic, maintenance-free sealing system consists of corrosion-resistant, pre-tensioned stainless steel disc springs and graphite-reinforced PTFE sealing rings.
The load-optimized ball valve body with an integrated shaft is made from solid steel or stainless steel castings and withstands the highest tensile and compressive forces. The fully welded seams across the cross-section ensure a stress-optimized design. A fully welded seam is also used for the shaft extension on the integrated shaft, which provides an optimal welding connection compared to conventional fillet welds.
